One month in, Yeung lab renovations are coming along. Everything that needs to be taken out has been removed, recycled, and/or put in temporary storage. We are waiting for the city's approval (hopefully in the next week) to start construction. The next phase will be full of details, unexpected hiccups, and headaches, I'm sure.
I put in a GoPro camera to document the progress. It is clicking away, at a rate of one picture every minute, to give us a nice timelapse when all is said and done. In the meantime, check out the snapshots below. The space really opens up the space without those massive lab benches, if you don't mind me sayin'.
